5 days with meowmeow, wabbit and me!

Baby! It has been 5 days.. so fast! i'm glad you are getting used to the life, the weather and not forgetting your nice flatmates? haa.. School will be starting soon le.. soon it will be holidays and i will be able to see you soon! =) i'm excited! -being able to webcam helps lots!-

The past few days had been full of ups and downs! Sudden loss of meaning in life (dadaa went off) then i had to recall what i had to do.. well... i had visual cues (my room)! Then work is getting more heretic! i'm trying to balance what i had to do! And i have to be thick skin to ignore what's going on around me. i have decided to talk about good things in front of everyone only! those gossip stuff i won't join in de. not nice to talk behind other's back.

Now i'm still packing my room! hopefully will be done soon. RT was tiring.. how i wish i can apply AA and ask them to downgrade their activities! But i think it's coz i never exercise for so long.. now my abs still aching!

I really don't know what to do with meowmeow and wabbit leh.. they so fragile.. scared they disintegrate leh.. so mostly keep them in the plastic bag! shall upgrade them to a box soon .)

Dadaa.. let's be happy and talk okey? i don't like to quarrel.. i will do my best! i want you happy happy! then i also happy happy! .) muacks..

one week: thrills and spills

well, its been about a week since ive been here. slightly less perhaps, the aunty and uncle have gone back to sydney and im so glad for all their help! the parents are gg back soon.. initially a little emo, but i guess i have to tell myself to get over the feeling and that i'll be seeing everyone i miss real soon... :)

well, the past few days have been ging around getting stuff that i need... thats why im glad that i had people to help me settle some of these things while i attended some of the orientation programme... now i have almost everything i needed, except more groceries and things. have yet to do laundry. need to figure that out pretty soon!

oh, drama in the morning! there was an electrical trip in the entire college, was out for im not sure how long, since i left early and when i came back the power was back again. and where were we? out in the city! haha, we went out for a city tour and then came back in the evening. its nice to walk around aimlessly, hop onto city tram and bus shuttles.. use our sunday savers to just hop onto any tram and ride to wherever it takes us :) not sure if i have the lucury to do so in future though... haha.

the weather here has been mad, today was wet and cold. hopefully there will be some sun and heat tmr. im not sure i like the cold very very much. i mean its a welcome change from hot singapore, but srsly, it gets so cold i cant even feel my fingers sometimes.

oh, went to church on sat evening. small community, so small church.. it was an interesting experience. hope to attend mass at that huge cathedral in the city one day! the architechture is awesome! oh man... too bad the weather sucked, so didnt take photos.. :(

well. miss everyoe back in singapore.. dadaa. are you reading this? im like talking to myself here, so decided to dedicate this blof to anyone else who may want to read it too :)

settling in: the first 2 days

hows everything in singapore? i hope everythings ok back home. i miss you so so so so much!! past 2 days have been really busy, going out to buy the essential stuff that we realise we need, but dont have.. such as food, household items etc. orientation is not very happening this sem. but we signed up for some of their activities.. i hope we get to go on their wildlife tour tmr, cause its "full" but sometimes people who register dont turn up.. the people at the orientation were really friendly and nice! :)

ive finally kinda finished unpacking.. every night is such a tiring process.. cause back after a whole day of activities, still gotta unpack, organise stuff, think of what needs to be bought, sometimes do laundry.. havent exactly started cooking much. speaking of which.. i JUST checked out the kitchen tonight.. i allocated myself the ONLY empty shelf left.. its not locked.. neither can it be locked cause someone put blue tack in the keyhole (wth!?), so i just hope that no one steals my stuff. i also dont really dare to put my pots and pans there.. the common area near the sink looks really dirty at the end of the day.. so im leaving most of the tuff that wont smell in my room.. and the fridge doesnt smell fantastic. theres hardly ANY space thats decent enough to put food in. lucky brough many many cloths to clean the area... lucky i dont need to bring that may books man.. so the shelf is like a kitchen shelf for me. haha.

the people in my floor are abit "zi bi". i sometimes hear doors opening and closing, but no one really talking to each other much. maybe cause the holiday period isnt over, and people are not really in most of the time. and neither am i! cause i havent exactly been in much either. hope to make friends with all of them soon! i put a note on my door, to tell them ive just moved in! heh. mostly going out with the OTs.. xy, yy, sq.. tmr were gonna explore the surroundings! egg-citing. perhaps i'll cook tmr! i see LOTS of processed food in the freezer, i suppose the ppl on my floor cant really cook very well... we shall see. haa.. think i'll boil eggs for breakfast tmr! :)

woohoo.. its so late now, 1147pm, melbourne time, and ive only JUST had some time to sit down and come online.. i bought a pillow... hahah... gonna fit the casing now.. :)

one more time, update me on whats happening in singapore ok? know i cant call home very much now, but once i get my international calling card, i can try to call back more often :) but meanwhile, we can skype.. and msn video call.. and tell each other whats happening through this blog k? :)

one year away from home!

Dear Dadaa,

im going to melbourne already... i'll miss you lots! i know you didnt sleep last night, thats why youre nodding off at my house now. silly boy! :3 i leave meow meow and wabbit in your care ok, when we skype you must play with them! :) i suppose one year is a short time, and we can continue our buffet quest! hee. i will miss everything and everybody in singapore, especially the food! i wont complain about you giving me food anymore ok? yum yum in my tum tum! haha. i will stay strong, so you wont worry! no more tears! :) i need to prepare soon already... love you! :)
